We use the latest direct-to-garment (DTG) printing technology to offer a wide variety of printable garments and design color options. We use high-quality inks that won't fade for a long time if taken care of properly.

Printed apparel can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. You shouldn't use any fabric softeners or dry-clean the items.

DTG-printed apparel can be tumble-dried on a low cycle, but hang-dry works best. When it comes to ironing, use cool iron inside-out. Don't iron the print.

Follow these instructions carefully to avoid fading and cracking of the print, and shrinking the garment that can occur if you wash or dry it on a high setting.

Embroidered apparel can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors.

All of our products are made to order. Our products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver them to you.

Sometimes, there might be a vinegary scent on the garments you receive. Luckily, the odor you smell is just a temporary addition. Now that your product is out of the confined space of the shipping bag, the printing scent will dissipate after a few days or a wash cycle.

You may notice some discoloration or off-white residue on your apparel. Do not worry! These are not stains and will wash off after the first wash cycle. Our apparel is created with the latest in garment printing technology. In addition, inks used are water-based and eco-friendly.

If you receive a product with a mark - please wash it before reporting a problem.

We source our products from different companies across the globe. Depending on what items you order, you may receive your items in separate packages at different times.

It takes 2-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out.
The shipping time depends on  your location, but typical shipping times are:  

USA: 3-​4 business days  
International: 5-15 business days 

Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. The end recipient is responsible for these fees.

We highly recommend including your phone number in the order when ordering internationally - this will reduce the risk of an order being lost in transit and make delivery of the order smoother.

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address. 

● Ask your local post office if they have your package.

● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

delivery and you know you won't  be home to accept it, use an address
where you know you'll be!

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your  neighbor’s, get in touch with us at [shop@untwistingthegame.com] with your order number.  If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but  the new order would be at your expense.

We source our products from different companies across the globe. Depending on what items you order, your shipping status may show as partially filled until all of your items are shipped.

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at [shop@untwistingthegame.com] within a week's time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.  We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.

To honor made-to-order practices, we don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at [shop@untwistingthegame.com]. 

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at [shop@untwistingthegame.com] with photos of wrong/damaged items, and we’ll sort that out for you.

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at [shop@untwistingthegame.com] within a week of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a  refund! 

We ship all orders within 96 hours or less.

We use USPS Priority shipping for all orders.

No, we strictly service customers in the United States but are working to offer international shipping in the future.

Replacements: In case of broken candles, we offer a refund or replacement. Include your order number and photos of the broken candle, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund.

Returns: We don't offer any returns to honor made-to-order practices.
